氨基酸酯类衍生物对咖啡因体外透皮吸收的影响

摘要


本文研究了几种不同氨基酸酯类盐酸盐对咖啡因透皮吸收的影响。采用Franz直立式扩散池,以生理盐水为接收介质,以离体小鼠皮肤为渗透屏障,考察制剂中咖啡因体外透皮吸收的累积透过量及各种促渗剂的促渗效果。结果表明五种氨基酸酯类盐酸盐能够显著改善咖啡因的体外透皮吸收效果,其中赖氨酸甲酯盐酸盐的效果最为显著,透皮渗透促进作用的顺序为:赖氨酸甲酯盐酸>半胱氨酸甲酯盐酸盐>苯丙氨酸甲酯盐酸盐>亮氨酸甲酯盐酸盐>色氨酸甲酯盐酸盐。
