装配式高层住宅建筑工程造价影响因素分析

摘要


随着近几年我国现代建筑业的蓬勃发展,其经济效益越来越广泛地受到了人们的高度重视。本文采用文献分析法和案例研究法,统计汇总了可能对装配式高层住宅建筑工程造价具有影响的十几个因素作为自变量,选择了对数平方米造价作为因变量,通过相关性分析计算出各因素对装配式高层住宅建筑工程造价的影响程度。
